We are very happy to be able to offer High Supported Living Accommodation for Young People and Adults with Mental Health needs, learning disability, including Drug and Alcohol misuse. We will conduct the following on each referral:

• A detailed review of the candidate’s history and circumstances
• A holistic assessment to determine if you meet the admission requirements.
• An examination in relation to the crop of current residents we care for.

We will consider emergency admissions for appropriate placements as long as the above has been provided.

Our team reviews each person’s placement plan on a consistent basis. This is done during consultation with the service user and social worker to ensure that it is up-to-date, reasonable, and tailored to their needs.
